Neil co-founded the company in 1998. His professionalism and vast experience provides the inspiration and driving force of the day to day running of the business. His expert knowledge of the industry ensures Coulby Conduct provides a professional and competitive service to all its clients.

CO-FOUNDER

Richard co-founded the company with Neil and together they have built an Estate Agency that fully understands the needs of the local community. His leadership, experience and knowledge of the mid Cheshire property market have been integral in making Coulby Conduct what it is today.

SALES MANAGER - NORTHWICH

Linzi has been with Coulby Conduct since 2004 and has had many years experience within the industry. With her vast knowledge of the process of buying and selling properties, working alongside vendors, purchasers and solicitors, her main role is Sales Manager and she is based at the Northwich Sales Office.

BRANCH MANAGER - NORTHWICH

Jerry is an Associate Director of Coulby Conduct and has been with the company since 2005. As the Branch Manager of our head office he specialises in residential property valuations in Northwich and the surrounding villages. Being a resident of Northwich for over 30 years, he has a wealth of knowledge of the local area.

SALES NEGOTIATOR - NORTHWICH

Alison has worked for Coulby Conduct since 2012, and is based in our Northwich Sales Office. Alison has a mixed role within the office, from sales negotiation and administrative duties to supporting our Sales Manager. As an office based member of the team, Alison strives to support clients through all aspects of the industry.

BRANCH MANAGER - MIDDLEWICH

Collette is based in our Middlewich Sales Office alongside her colleagues Jan & Si. Collette came to Coulby Conduct with a wealth of knowledge. Having lived and worked locally for many years she has gained vast experience valuing properties in Middlewich and across Cheshire.

SALES MANAGER - MIDDLEWICH

Jan has over 25 years experience as an Estate Agent and in the property market in Cheshire. She is based in our Middlewich office. Her vast knowledge of the local area ensures our clients get reliable advice about their properties, be it either buying or selling.

SALES NEGOTIATOR - WINSFORD

Karen joined Coulby Conduct in 2018 with previous sales experience in the Estate Agency business. She is responsible for all sales progression and assisting the Branch Manager in the day to day running of our office in Winsford.

LETTINGS MANAGER

Ed has gained extensive experience and knowledge within the property field predominantly in the lettings sector in the North West. Ed believes that stability and commitment are instrumental to recognition and reward and the latter has to be earned.

LETTINGS & MANAGEMENT

Shannon has been with Coulby Conduct as a Lettings & Management Consultant, since 2016. She is a well-motivated person and strives to meet all targets and goals set. Shannon enjoys dealing with all aspects of the company and aims to be successful in the future.

Harvey has been with Coulby Conduct since 2019, and is part of our Lettings & Management team. Harvey gives 100% with everything that he does, reassuring that you are in safe hands.
